Hello and nice to meet you!! A little about me is that I graduated from UC Berkeley and USC and have worked for many years serving clients across the mental health spectrum. Whether with clients in private health care settings or through my role at UCSF in the Psych E.R. services, I like to take a mindful, holistic, and trauma-informed approach and uses various tools to create a unique, adaptive path when working with a Client.
Healing is more than the absence of symptoms, it is the restoration of hope, peace, and self-worth. As a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, I provide faith-based, integrative psychiatric care for adults in California and Nevada. I work with anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, insomnia, addiction recovery, and more. My holistic approach blends evidence-based medication management with nutritional psychiatry, lifestyle strategies, and Christian counseling when desired—strengthening mind, body, and spirit for lasting wholeness.

I’m a somatic, trauma-informed therapist based in Sebastopol, California. My work is somatic, and largely informed by Somatic Experiencing, a method for resolving trauma symptoms and nervous system regulation, and NARM, a somatic, depth-oriented model of working with developmental trauma. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy remotely and in person in partnership with Journey Clinical. Rather than trying to “fix” symptoms, I aim to collaborate with clients to understand what their nervous system has learned through overwhelm, loss, or past harm, and how those patterns may still be shaping their experience in the present. I work in a way that prioritizes safety, pacing, and choice, supporting you in building greater capacity for connection, agency, and aliveness over time. My practice is explicitly health-at-every-size, sex-positive, gender-affirming, neurodivergence-affirming, and kink-aware. I specialize in working with folks from fat, 2SLGBTQIA+, BIPOC, disabled, neurodivergent, and ethically non-monogamous communities, and with people navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, body image, identity exploration, life transitions, and relational patterns.
You made it, welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who came to this work with nearly a decade of crisis intervention experience - the kind of work that teaches you crisis and chaos isn't always an emergency, but often a transformation that needs space to unfold. I earned my degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology, and I've spent my career specializing in the places where high-stakes work meets human breaking points: occupational trauma, moral injury, burnout, and the complex territory of identity and transition.
I work particularly well with people in helping professions -first responders, military, healthcare workers, teachers, therapists, and LGBTQIA+ folks - anyone who's spent years being the capable one, the reliable one, the one who shows up no matter what. My training includes Brainspotting, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), and somatic approaches that work with how trauma actually lives in your body and nervous system, not just in your thoughts.
Here's what matters: I get that asking for help doesn't come naturally when you're supposed to be the strong one. I understand that the hypervigilance that once kept you safe might now be keeping you isolated. And I know that sometimes the hardest part is figuring out who you are when you're not performing competence for everyone else. You don't have to translate your experience into therapy-speak with me, and you definitely don't have to pretend you're more okay than you are.
