Welcome to my therapy practice!
My work is focused on helping people develop healthy, productive, and satisfying lives and relationships. I see individuals who are dealing with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, addiction, as well as relationship troubles, creative blocks and challenging life transitions. I have a special affinity for those who identify as "highly sensitive" and who feel extra challenged navigating the harshness of the world.
Life is hard, but finding the right therapist shouldn't be! In my practice, I strive to make strong, authentic connections with the people I see to support them in their healing and growth. I take a person-centered and relationship-based approach, utilizing action- and insight-based interventions to help you better understand yourself, life, and take steps towards peace, safety, and happiness. I am a good fit for those looking for empathetic support, to build insight, and to grow and become the best version of themselves.
I am a trauma-informed psychiatric nurse practitioner with training from Columbia University and Frontier Nursing University. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and have extensive experience treating mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and eating disorders, along with psychotic disorders, substance use concerns, and personality-related challenges. My training allows me to integrate medical knowledge, functional and nutritional psychiatry, community services, and psychotherapy to provide comprehensive, personalized care.
