Hi! I am a LPC or Licensed Professional Counselor and I have been doing this for over 25 years. I have experience working with adolescents, families, and women. I graduated from Regis University with a masters in Counseling with honors. I work with ages 16 and up.I have helped lots of clients learn how to manage thier depression, anxiety, trauma, family dynamics, eating disorders, stress and much more. I feel like with all my experience, I have a huge tool box of tools to help guide my client's to a happier more present life. I am also trained in EMDR and Trauma therapy.
My passion is working with individuals who are struggling with addiction, trauma, relationships, and attachment. I believe that it is every person's goal to feel more connected and attached to people in their life.
I believe that in order to help an individual heal and thrive, one must treat their mind, body, and spirit. I would love to connect with you!
Counseling is my second career as I spent well-over a decade working on an ambulance in EMS. I am passionate about showing up for people on their toughest days and helping support them through the inevitable challenges that life brings. No one should have to go through hard things alone. I particularly enjoy working with first responders, healthcare workers, veterans and teens as I have a great deal of care and comfort working with these individuals.
I’m a therapist who works primarily with young adults navigating transitions, relationships, anxiety, and questions about direction in life. Much of my background has been in programs supporting people through life shifts, where I’ve helped clients build stability, confidence, and a clearer sense of who they want to be. I enjoy working with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about their next steps. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, be honest about what’s going on, and start making meaningful changes.
I am accepting new clients.
We all need someone to listen to, understand, and support us, especially during times of uncertainty and transition. My goal is to create a safe, therapeutic space in which you feel comfortable to be yourself and share your fears, hopes, and struggles. As each client is a unique individual, I feel the process of counseling should be tailored to meet your specific needs. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and have the innate ability to heal.
Hi, my name is Zach, and I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary’s CACREP accredited program. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado, and I work largely with LGBTQ+ individuals, specializing in religious trauma and spirituality, eating disorders and body image, relationship issues, and grief and loss. I recently became certified as a Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider to provide ketamine-assisted therapy.
I know that reaching out for help can feel daunting, and I truly admire your courage in taking this step toward better mental wellness. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who cares deeply about mental health, I'm here to offer you a warm, safe, and supportive space where you can comfortably share your experiences and challenges.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting young adults and neurodiverse clients as they navigate anxiety, trauma, identity questions, relationships, and life transitions. I’m warm, easy to talk to, and I use humor to help therapy feel less intimidating and more human. Many clients who struggled to connect with past therapists tell me they feel comfortable with me quickly. You can expect a space where your quirks, strengths, and lived experiences are understood and respected.
