I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over ten years of experience in the field. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults providing therapy for clients who seek treatment for anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, mood disorders, substance abuse and other mental health concerns. My educational background includes a Bachelors in Psychology from Stonehill College, a Masters in Mental Health Counseling and CAGS in Forensic Services from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
I have several years experience counseling adults, couples and children in a variety of settings including community mental health, IHT, school based counseling and private practice. I specialize in treating couples, anxiety, depression, ADHD and adjustment to life transitions. My education includes a masters degree in counseling psychology from Assumption College and a master of science from B.U. with a concentration in neuroscience.
I am an open-minded, dynamic clinician who seeks to help my clients better understand who they are and who they want to be. I infuse my approach with creativity and humor, along with practical solutions and concrete goals. I’m genuinely passionate about helping others as they navigate the complexities of life. I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to support their efforts in managing difficult situations.
Hi, I’m Jennifer Roberts, PMHNP-BC, a psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in women’s mental health across the lifespan—from perinatal and postpartum challenges to menopause, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, mood changes, substance use recovery, trauma recovery, and ADHD. I provide integrative mental health care that blends medication management with holistic, individualized treatment plans.
I offer in-person care in Walpole, MA, and telehealth across Massachusetts. Let's work together to create a path toward healing that truly fits you.
I believe our past can shape us, but it doesn’t have to define who we become. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts and New York with over 12 years of experience, I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex family dynamics. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I also believe therapy should be tailored to each individual—there’s no one-size-fits-all path to growth. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, thoughts, and experiences that may be holding you back and develop practical tools to help you move forward. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as you build the life you want.
As a licensed substance use and addiction counselor, I believe that recovery is not a one-size-fits-all journey—it’s a deeply personal process that deserves compassion, respect, and hope. Every individual’s story is unique, and so are the reasons behind their struggles with substance use. My approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I view my role not as someone who tells clients what recovery “should” look like, but as a guide who helps them discover what recovery means for them.
I am an LICSW Clinical Social Worker with experience in helping those with depression, ADHD, anxiety, and trauma. I incorporate ACT, CBT, and DBT modalities into my work and am a trained EMDR therapist.
I'm Tiff. I work with individuals who feel weighed down by trauma, anxiety, or identity and life transitions. Many of my clients are veterans adjusting to civilian life, survivors of trauma, or people seeking affirming care around gender identity and self-exploration. What they share is a desire for safety, relief, and a greater sense of ease in their body and relationships.
I understand how heavy it can feel to carry these experiences alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel seen, and begin healing in a way that feels sustainable. Together, we work toward helping you feel more grounded, more connected, and more at home in yourself.
