Welcome!
I am a licensed clinical social worker and certified clinical trauma professional with a deep passion for facilitating trauma healing through integrating a variety of therapeutic modalities to fit your unique needs and goals.
I've provided individual and group therapy to adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings, including substance use treatment and community mental health. My specialties include PTSD/C-PTSD, addiction, anxiety, depression, intimacy and personality disorders.
The essence of my approach is based on the belief that early childhood experiences and relationships are often the primary influences of our unhelpful beliefs, behaviors, and coping strategies, which repeatedly pose as barriers to the freedom and personal growth we are seeking.
I'm here to support you in breaking free from survival mode and stepping into a more embodied, self-aware, and hopeful way of living - to find yourself, and the peace you have been searching for.
I am a true believer that our experiences, good and bad shape our worldview. At times, these experiences can cause us to feel detached from community, family members, friends, and ourselves.
Through evidence based practices, and a strength based perspective, we can process these experiences. We will work together using your strengths, and resources around you to help you make sense of what doesn’t. This journey is possible!

Hi, I’m Robert Aurilia, MSN, PMHNP-BC. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides medication management for adults experiencing Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and OCD. I also have experience with ketamine and Spravato treatments in an outpatient setting for patients who meet specific criteria for treatment-resistant depression. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I spent nearly a decade as a registered nurse in high-acuity hospital settings, which gave me a deep appreciation for how closely mental and physical health are connected. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth—I want you to feel heard, supported, and empowered as we work together toward feeling like yourself again. I completed my graduate training at Wilkes University, where I gained clinical experience through Lavender Psychiatry, working with a wide range of mental health conditions in a telepsychiatry setting. Together, we’ll build a personalized treatment plan that supports balance, focus, and long-term wellness.
Do you feel stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break? Tired of trying to hold it all together on your own? Maybe you’re overwhelmed, using old coping habits, or unsure where to start. I help individuals facing substance use and mental health challenges regain control, build healthier habits, and reconnect with their sense of purpose. With 7+ years of experience, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to create change at your own pace. You don't have to have it all figured out to start healing...
