I am an experienced LCSW/Therapist and I have worked extensively with parents and adults for over 20 years. I specialize in helping parents whose children suffer from various disorders including: autism, addiction, anxiety and depression. When you as a parent feel overwhelmed and frustrated you need strategies, tools and resources. My own parenting challenges make me uniquely qualified to help others.
I am a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology but took time off between college and graduate school to work. I used the time in between undergraduate and graduate school to work in an inpatient facility to try and understand the struggles that may overwhelm people and make day to day life stressful. I am a first generation Greek American woman and worked to finance my college career at Cornell. I am always learning from my patients and I believe that I make a difference in their lives.
