I am a counselor who is passionate about people. I have known I wanted to be counselor since about the age of 13. I have been a counselor for over 30 years. I work with couples, individuals. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, adjustment to life changes, loss, with victims of abuse and violence as well as many other issues. I also have a lifetime of my own experiences; married for 30+ years, have three adult children, and three grandchildren and a dog.
My desire is to help you successfully walk through life’s difficulties and clarify your goals. I strive to provide non-judgemental counseling that can be your time and space to work toward YOUR goals.
