Hi, I’m Darling. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of where to turn. For years, I was caught in the same cycle of self-doubt and overthinking, constantly questioning my choices and my worth. It wasn’t until I began to dive deep into Trauma work that I finally found the clarity I was searching for—and now, I’m here to help you do the same.
I have a M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Seminary of the Southwest in Austin, TX. I am trained as an EMDR Therapist, am a Certified Psychedlic Assisted Therapy practitioner, and I'm Parts' Work and CBT informed.
I have 20 years experience, person centered, trauma informed approach. EMDR Certified for trauma. Certified in CBT, MET, and COPSD. Masters Addiction Counselor. Combine Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and EMDR for holistic approach to trauma and negative core beliefs. Experienced PTSD therapist, including military.
I offer a place to slow down, reflect, and work together on what’s holding you back and what can lead you toward clarity, confidence, and a life that feels fun and fulfilling again. You don’t have to navigate it alone—I’m here to support you as you find your way forward.
I believe therapy should feel supportive, human, and empowering — not intimidating or clinical. I show up as my full self in sessions: warm, thoughtful, and genuine, with space for humor and curiosity alongside meaningful work.
I’m especially passionate about helping people heal from unhealthy or toxic relationship patterns, process trauma, and navigate big emotions like anxiety, grief, or burnout. I strive to create an affirming, culturally responsive space where clients feel respected, understood, and safe to be themselves.
My role is to meet you where you are, move at a pace that feels right, and support you in building healthier patterns, stronger self-trust, and more balanced relationships — both with others and with yourself.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe placing mental health first is fundamental to achieving happiness and balance in life. Reaching out for support can be incredibly difficult, you deserve recognition for the real strength required to ask for help. I’ve been practicing since 2022, focusing on adults navigating life’s mental health struggles, with a concentration on grief, anxiety, self esteem, and relational issues.
