

I became a therapist to be safe space for people who didn't feel like they had one. I earned my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy so I could be equipped to help couples navigate their struggles and be that safe space for anyone who needed it. No one should feel like they have to do life alone.

I believe everyone should have the opportunity to work through life's challenges, emotions, stresses, etc..
