At All Things New Therapy, I’m dedicated to helping you find peace and strength through life’s challenges. I work with individuals, couples, and families to nurture healthy relationships and personal growth. Whether you're seeking guidance for your marriage, navigating difficult emotions, or adjusting to life challenges, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space for lasting change.
Whatever life situation that brought you to this page, could also be your opportunity for change. Do you struggle with anxiety or overthinking? What about depression or identity issues? Do you cringe while having small-talk? You may have an introvert personality type. I have been there, too. You are not alone, and you are not broken. That's why I love helping others gain a healthy perception of themselves and their relationships.
I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and respected. My work is grounded in attachment-based and humanistic approaches, meaning I focus on understanding your relationships, emotional experiences, and inner strengths. I believe healing happens through genuine connection and collaboration, not through labels and judgement. Together we work at your pace to build insight, resilience, and lasting change.
Successful therapy begins by meeting the client where they’re at. As a clinical therapist with a background in social work, I believe therapy should be client-centered with a feeling of safety and trust. I pull techniques from various well-known therapies that are unique to the client's needs, acting as a guide, partnering with the client to find the best path to success. Some may need only one or two sessions, while others more. Regardless, this is a journey that we can figure out together.
