Therefore, I create a safe, warm, and non-judgmental environment where individuals can freely express their fears, life stresses, and worries—obstacles that may prevent them from living life to its fullest potential. I provide therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, offering individual counseling sessions.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon and Texas providing teletherapy to clients. I graduated from Portland State University with a Master’s in Social Work and have pursued extensive post-graduate training in trauma treatment, psychedelic-assisted therapy, couples counseling, and ACT/DBT models. I specialize in working with folks that struggle with anxiety, depression, developmental or acute trauma, family of origin concerns, LGBTQIIA+ issues, obsessive thinking, and stress management.
